Katie is a 450 hour comprehensively certified Pilates instructor who completed her certification through The Sheppard Method’s certification program. Katie loves creating a positive and supportive environment in her classes and takes a detail oriented, precise, and personal approach when she teaches. When she is not teaching Pilates, Katie enjoys hiking, traveling, making cool art, and hanging out with her friends and kitties.
